Paracetamol in pregnancy

The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has published a reminder that taking paracetamol during pregnancy remains safe.

MHRA, the regulatory body for the UK, the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) and BUMPS (Best use of medicines in pregnancy) agree that paracetamol remains the recommended pain relief during pregnancy when used as directed.
